Poetry Reading with Kareem Tayyar

Recently, I had the pleasure of featuring award-winning poet and novelist, Kareem Tayyar, for a special poetry reading at our Caffeinated Verse event.

Tayyar was born in Los Angeles to an Iranian father and an Irish Catholic mother. He was raised in Orange County. Inspired by (among other things) city life, the natural world, his diverse upbringing, and country music, he believes poetry should be accessible to all.
